It packs up to 10 grams of protein per serving (125g), and is shown to be more filling as compared to other yogurts with lower protein content. It is also high in calcium which is good for bone health. Add granola and fresh fruits in layers to make a greek yogurt parfait for a more delicious and filling snack.

Apple with peanut butter is a classic snack combination that is both delicious and nutritious. This nutrient dense and high protein snack provides several health benefits. Peanut butter has shown to increase good cholesterol (HDL), and reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides – a type of fat found in your blood. (High levels of triglycerides in your blood can increase your risk of heart disease.)
