These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the Rewards Program, and members of the Rewards Program will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable towards the purchase of designated products online. REVIVE products sold at offline retail establishments or third-party sites are not currently eligible for accumulation of points.

The Rewards Program is currently only available in Singapore.





No purchase is needed to obtain membership in the Rewards Program. However, users must create an online account via revivenutrition.com.sg. Please read our privacy policy to understand how information provided by you to us will be used.


In order to be eligible for the Rewards Program, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms & Conditions. If you choose to create an account, you agree to provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. You may only have one (1) member account per person. Person(s) discovered to have more than one account will have their points forfeited and will be unsubscribed from the Rewards Program.


(a) Create an account: Visit revivenutrition.com.sg (the "Site" or "Online") and become a registered user of the Site. You will be asked for your First and Last name, your Email Address, and a Password.
(b) Once you have submitted the required information, an email will be sent to you to the email address you provided confirming your membership. Upon your Membership confirmation, you have successfully enrolled in the Reward Program and officially a member.





Members can earn points on the purchase of qualifying online products or completing certain actions as outlined in the Rewards page at revivenutrition.com.sg. To be awarded reward points, you must login into your account during the purchase. You may check at any point of time to see if you are logged in to the Site by looking at the navigation menu located at the top right hand side of the Site (If you are logged in, a "MY ACCOUNT" text will appear in the navigation menu). Gift cards, tax and shipping cost do not qualify for reward points. Other products that do not qualify for points will be stated on the Site.


Members can earn 1 point for every X $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases. Points are based on your order grand total amount, after any discounts. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend $10.60, you will receive 10 points. Calculation is as follows: $10.60 x 1 point for every $1.00 spent = 10.6 points, which is rounded down to 10 points.


Gift card purchases are not eligible to receive points. However, once a gift card is redeemed, reward points will be awarded to the recipient for the subtotal after any gift card values, provided he / she is logged in to their account. For example, you would like to redeem a gift card worth $40.00 and your total basket / cart value is $50.00, you’ll earn 10 points for the $10.00 that you have to top up.


Reward points will be added to your account under the following conditions, and will generally show up immediately. You will receive points:

  • Submitting a product review: Points will be added to your account upon approval of reviews within 2-7 working days. Reviews must consist more than 10 words and not to be repeated.
  • Registering an account with us.
  • During the purchase of qualifying products.
  • For completing certain actions outlined in the Rewards page and other activities that may show up from time to time on the Site.


Members earn points only on the purchase price of: (i) qualifying online products. Reward points will not be awarded for shipping charges. Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product normally retails at $10 and is on sale for $5, a Member will only earn points on the purchase price of $5. Purchases of gift cards, redemption of vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including product returns, are not eligible for reward points. A Member will not be allowed to redeem points if a coupon code is used.

In addition, the following purchases are also not eligible for the Rewards Program credit:

(i) Purchases made by a Member prior to such member joining the Program; or
(ii) Purchases made online without a Member being logged onto the Website are not eligible for the Rewards Program credit; or
(iii) Purchases of REVIVE products outside the revivenutrition.com.sg website
(iv) Purchases from wholesale or consignment retailers


Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, refund, declined credit card or gift card, or other credit will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including any bonus points that may be applicable. Points cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. If a return / cancellation will cause your account to have a negative point balance, you will begin earning points again from a points balance of zero (0). If an item is exchanged, any redeemed rewards on the initial purchase may be transferred to the exchange one (1) time only. Rewards used on an order that is cancelled (before the item ships or a label has been printed) may request those rewards be applied back to your rewards account by sending us an email at orders@revivenutrition.com.sg. If your item has begun the shipping process, rewards cannot be reapplied.


From time to time, REVIVE may run certain bonus point promotions. Under bonus point promotions, Members can earn additional or "bonus points" in connection with the purchase of certain online products. When you purchase these specially marked products, or make the purchase during a bonus points time period, you will earn bonus points on each product, as specified in the offer. Bonus point promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time in REVIVE sole discretion. Bonus point offers cannot be combined with any other offer.


These terms apply to points and bonus points accruals. If you purchase a product during a promotion and the product comes with an additional, free product, points will not be issued on the retail value of the free product. If you redeem points towards the purchase of a product and pay a portion of the retail price after the point's redemption, you will receive points only on the leftover retail amount you pay, and not on any value attributed to the point you used. Therefore, if you redeem points towards the purchase of a product in an amount equal to the full price of the product, you will not earn any points.





Points must be used in increments outlined in this Terms & Conditions document. There is a minimum purchase value and maximum number of points that may be used in a single transaction, as specified in the table below. Points can only be redeemed for discount if your basket's / cart's subtotal meets the minimum order value. For example, you can only redeem between $5.00 to $10.00 worth of points if your subtotal is equal or greater than $15.00 in a single transaction.

Once available, points cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards. Gift card redemption, however, is eligible for points. Points accrued pursuant to the use of a gift card will benefit the gift card user, provided the user has an account


Before you begin shopping with us, sign into your account on our Site and proceed to add products to your basket / cart. Ensure your order meets the minimum value and have sufficient points in your point balance. The option to redeem points will not be visible if your order does not meet the requirements.

Once you’re ready, you can:

(i) View the Basket / Cart page by clicking ‘View Basket’ from the basket / cart drop-down; you will find the option to enter the number of Points you would like to redeem at the top of the page.
(ii) You’ll also find the option to redeem your Points in the second stage of the checkout process - ‘Checkout' page.

Your total payment amount will be discounted by the amount of points you allocate to the purchase. Note that points may only be redeemed for the purchase price of the product. Shipping, and other handling charges assessed in addition to the price of the product are not eligible for discounts.


(a) Only one account per person;
(b) Reward redemption points may not be combined with any other discount codes.
(c) Points may not be transferred or gifted at this time.
(d) Points cannot be used on past purchases.
(e) Points accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason.
(f) Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.
(g) Redeemed points cannot be retroactively applied to any past order or receive a price adjustment on any order where redeemed points were not applied.
(h) Points have no cash value outside of the revivenutrition.com.sg website and are available only to members in good standing.


All points acquired, whether standard points or bonus points, shall expire 180 days from the date the points are added to your account.
Order: points are added to your account after your order payment is made.




By registering with revivenutrition.com.sg and joining the Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms & Conditions, as well as any other terms that may be associated with the Rewards Program. REVIVE reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or restrict the Rewards Program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. REVIVE may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's points balance, as reflected in REVIVE’s records, shall be deemed correct. REVIVE reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on REVIVE internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and REVIVE internal records, REVIVE internal records will control. REVIVE assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. All transactions involving points and all Member accounts are subject to review and verification by REVIVE. The points balance in a Member's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review. REVIVE may revoke any Member's membership in the Rewards Program at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Rewards Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other REVIVE program, present or future. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of REVIVE. The Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program are subject to change at REVIVE’s sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon customer’s at-will termination of their revivenutrition.com.sg registered account, or if a customer is terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. REVIVE will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all registered customers, but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.

Points are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and are not valid outside of revivenutrition.com.sg. Purchases made outside revivenutrition.com.sg are not valid for point accrual (this includes, but is not limited to Lazada, Redmart, Shopee, HonestBee, or retail supermarkets).

Employees of REVIVE are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
