REVIVE guarantees 100% satisfaction, or your money back, for REVIVE products ordered directly on our website. If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return it to REVIVE within 7 days of our shipping date for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. To receive your refund, your REVIVE product must not be consumed more than 20% to qualify for refund (because if you truly didn’t like the product you wouldn’t consume more than 20%).
If your return is due to having received a wrong or incomplete product, or your product was damaged upon receipt, REVIVE will pay the return shipping costs. For all other return reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.
REVIVE is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer. This includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc. Please take your time and make sure you provided all the correct information.
